You think differently. Creatively. You’re deeply passionate about TV. And you want to change things. Just like us at Channel4. We want to stir up the industry, bringing in the new voices and new perspectives of individuals from all backgrounds, races and communities. That’s why we are strongly encouraging people from ethnic minority communities to apply for this training programme.

Based at an independent production company, the training programme is aimed to help you build the skills you need to launch your career in TV or new media.

There’s no guarantee of a job at the end of it, but you’ll have the grounding. What follows is up to you.
